Alex Ellis: Cut by Cardinals

Ellis (undisclosed) was released by Arizona from the reserve/non-football injury list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Ellis spent time on the Cardinals' practice squad last season, then signed a reserve/future deal with the club in January. Once healthy, Ellis will work to earn another chance in the NFL.
