Andre Carter: Let go by Miami

The Dolphins waived Carter on Monday.

The move corresponds with the Dolphins signed Quinton Bell from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Monday night's game against the Steelers. Carter signed with the Dolphins in early November after he failed to make the Raiders' 53-man roster at the end of training camp, though he did not appear in a regular-season game for Miami before being let go.
