Bengals' Drew Plitt: Signs with Bengals

Plitt signed a contract with the Bengals on Wednesday.

Plitt will join the Bengals ahead of their training camp Wednesday. The undrafted free agent will operate as the team's third quarterback at practice while Joe Burrow (knee) is away from the team following an appendectomy Tuesday. Plitt threw for 2,541 yards and 18 touchdowns while adding 131 yards and two scores on the ground over 13 games with Ball State last year.
