Browns' Joe Haden: May be traded

The Browns are trying to trade Haden, freelance NFL reporter Jason La Canfora reports.

One of the highest-paid cornerbacks in the league, Haden missed 11 games in 2015 and three more in 2016, though he still finished last season with 48 tackles, 11 passes defensed and three interceptions. Bouncing back from January surgery on both groins, the 28-year-old cornerback was ready for the start of the offseason program and seems to have stayed healthy throughout training camp and the preseason. While no longer discussed as an elite cornerback, Haden likely would provide a huge upgrade for any contending team with a need at the position.
