Browns' Kyle Lauletta: Secures future contract

Lauletta secured a reserve/future deal with the Browns on Monday.

Lauletta spent a good portion of the 2020 campaign with Cleveland's practice squad, but he was never elevated or promoted to the active roster. The quarterback hasn't suited up since 2018 with the Giants, with whom he failed to complete a single pass on five attempts. With Case Keenum locked into the backup role to Baker Mayfield, Lauletta likely isn't much more than an extra arm as the Browns enter the offseason.
