The Browns released Mills from their practice squad/COVID list Wednesday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Mills landed on the Browns' practice squad COVID-19 list before Week 10 and he now hits free agency. The rookie will now try to join a new team and hope to suit up for his first NFL game.
