Johnson (knee) will not play this season after undergoing surgery to repair his meniscus.
Johnson suffered the injury in Sunday's practice, and underwent surgery on his knee Tuesday. The procedure was said to have gone well, but unfortunately the veteran learned Wednesday that he will be sidelined for the year. Johnson played 10 games with the Chargers last season tallying up 497 yards and three touchdowns in the process. Dontrelle Inman and Tyrell Williams figure to compete for more time with the first team offense.
