Commanders' Fentrell Cypress: Lands on IR

Cypress (undisclosed) reverted to injured reserve Monday after being waived with an injury designation Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houstonreports.

Cypress signed with the Commanders in May as an undrafted free agent. The 24-year-old played the final two seasons of his college career at Florida State, appearing in 23 games for the Seminoles.
