Dan Skipper: Reaches injury settlement

Skipper (undisclosed) was waived from IR with an injury settlement Monday per the NFL's official transaction log.

The Lions originally waived Skipper during final roster cuts, and he ultimately went unclaimed. As a result, he subsequently reverted to the team's IR. Now that he and the team have reached an injury settlement, he will be able to look for a new landing spot once his health is back up to par.
