Dolphins' Brennan Scarlett: Designated to return from IR

Scarlett (knee) has been designated to return from injured reserve, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.

Scarlett will now have 21 days to be added back to the active roster or else remain out for the season. So far, he's missed five weeks with his knee issue.
