Coach Brian Flores said Monday that Holland (illness) has yet to clear COVID-19 protocols, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Holland was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday in hopes he'd clear the protocols ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Jets, but he was unable to clear them and was inactive for the contest. He'll need to clear the health and safety protocols before returning to practice.
