Dylan Cantrell: Joins Patriots' practice squad

Cantrell signed to New England's practice squad Tuesday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

The 26-year-old spent training camp with the Cardinals before landing on the practice squad, and he's now receiving the same opportunity with the Patriots. Cantrell is potential depth at tight end with Dalton Keene (knee) and Devin Asiasi (undisclosed) recently moving to injured reserve.
