E.J. Perry: Parts ways with Houston

The Texans waived Perry on Wednesday.

Perry was claimed by Houston in March before being waived in May. He rejoined the team in mid-August but was unable to earn a 53-man roster spot. It's possible he joins a practice squad in 2023.
