Eagles' Marlon Tuipulotu: Lands on IR

Philadelphia placed Tuipulotu on injured reserve Wednesday with a knee injury.

Tuipulotu presumably picked up the injury during the Eagles' 32-21 loss to the Commanders on Monday. He'll now be forced to miss the next four games after being placed on IR. The losses of Tuipulotu and fellow defensive tackle jordan Davis (ankle) to IR spurred the Eagles to bring aboard veteran Linval Joseph on a one-year deal Wednesday.
