Davis rushed three times for one yard and brought in three of four targets for 20 yards in the Falcons' 25-0 loss to the Patriots on Thursday night.

With Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) sidelined, conventional wisdom dictated a larger role for Davis, who instead saw Qadree Ollison pace the backfield with nine carries. Game script ultimately nullified the ground attack for the most part anyhow, but the fact Ollison was given the bulk of opportunities was particularly galling for Davis' fantasy managers that had seen him already lose work to Patterson throughout the season. With his versatile backfield mate likely to be healthy enough to return for a Week 12 road matchup against the Jaguars in 10 days, Davis' outlook doesn't project to brighten for that contest.
