Fantasy Football Start 'Em & Sit 'Em: Week 15 Quarterbacks
Here's who you want in your lineup in Week 15, and who to avoid

The byes are over as most Fantasy playoffs begin in Week 15, but there are still key issues to deal with, including injuries to Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson and Aaron Rodgers. Fortunately, there are options for teams that need to stream the position or a one-week replacement.
Jamey Eisenberg has his Start and Sit calls for QB below. His Waiver Wire column also can direct you to the best options who may be available in your leagues. And don't forget to check out Heath Cummings' quarterback preview for more help with matchup notes, Week 15 numbers to know and more.
Quarterbacks
Tagovailoa comes off his bye in Week 14 looking to keep playing well in a favorable matchup against the Jets. Tagovailoa has scored at least 20 Fantasy points in two of his past three games, including Week 11 at the Jets when he had 273 passing yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He's actually one of just two quarterbacks (Tyrod Taylor in Week 12 is the other) with fewer than 22 Fantasy points against the Jets since Week 4, a span of nine games. I like Tagovailoa as a top 10 Fantasy quarterback this week in all leagues.

Cousins has scored 19 Fantasy points or less in two of his past three games, and he doesn't always play great on Monday Night Football. But he should be trusted here as a low-end No. 1 quarterback in all leagues. Cousins scored at least 21 Fantasy points in two starts against the Bears last year, and Chicago has allowed six of the past eight opposing quarterbacks to score at least 20 Fantasy points, including five to score at least 26 points.

It could all come crashing down for Hill this week against the Buccaneers because this is arguably the toughest defense he's faced as a starter over the past two seasons. But I'll stick with him again and hope his rushing prowess carries him -- and Fantasy managers -- to another quality performance. He's scored at least 22 Fantasy points in five of six starts over the past two seasons, and in two starts this year he's rushed for at least 73 yards. His rushing yards have actually accounted for at least 10 Fantasy points in each game. Tampa Bay has allowed three quarterbacks to rush for at least 40 yards this season (Jalen Hurts in Week 6, Jameis Winston in Week 8 and Josh Allen in Week 14), and if Hill doesn't get turnover prone he should finish with 20-plus Fantasy points once again.

Roethlisberger has scored at least 20 Fantasy points in four of his past five games, including two games in a row. We'll see if he can stay hot against the Titans, who have allowed two quarterbacks to score at least 23 Fantasy points in their past four games. I like Roethlisberger as a streaming option in deeper leagues.

I like that Fields ran for 74 yards at Green Bay in Week 14, and he also added 224 passing yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. He has a favorable matchup this week against the Vikings, who have allowed three of their past four opposing quarterbacks to score at least 25 Fantasy points. Fields is a good streaming option in deeper leagues.

Garoppolo might not have to throw much against the Falcons this week, but he does have a decent floor of 19 Fantasy points. He's scored at least 19 Fantasy points in six of his past seven games, including three games with at least 23 points. He won't hurt you, and occasionally Garoppolo can help you as a starter in deeper leagues. The Falcons also allow an average of 23.7 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this year.

Burrow broke out of his recent slump in Week 14 against San Francisco with 25 Fantasy points, ending a four-game skid where he scored 18 Fantasy points or less. But I'm not expecting him to start a positive scoring streak with his matchup against the Broncos. Denver allows just 16.3 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks for the season, and only three quarterbacks have scored more than 22 Fantasy points against the Broncos, with Derek Carr's 25 points in Week 6 the highest total. Burrow might find his way to being a low-end starter this week, but I would try to use another starting option if you can.

The Browns could be without several players this week due to COVID-19, but the defense still should have enough to slow down Carr. He's struggling as a Fantasy quarterback of late with 12 Fantasy points or less in three of his past four starts. The Browns have allowed one quarterback to score more than 18 Fantasy points in their past seven games, and Cleveland has nine interceptions over that span. Carr should just be considered a low-end starter in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues for Week 15.

Tannehill continues to struggle as a Fantasy quarterback, and there's little reason to trust him in Week 15 at the Steelers, especially if standout pass rusher T.J. Watt (groin) is able to play. Tannehill has scored 15 Fantasy points or less in four of his past five games, and he only has four games this season with 20 Fantasy points or more. Pittsburgh has held seven of the past eight opposing quarterbacks to 19 Fantasy points or less, and Tannehill doesn't have much upside as long as A.J. Brown (chest) remains out.

Jackson didn't practice on Wednesday and is considered day-to-day with his injured ankle. He is expected to play, but Fantasy managers should find an alternative, even if he's active. He's been struggling when healthy, scoring 19 Fantasy points or less in three games in a row prior to getting hurt at Cleveland in Week 14. If his ability to run is compromised because of his ankle then his Fantasy value is further diminished. It's tough to bench Jackson if he's on the field, but the Packers defense should be able to contain him, especially if he's at less than 100 percent.
