Thomas (head) is being evaluated for a potential concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Saints, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports.
Thomas exited the fourth quarter of Sunday's game with an apparent head injury. The left tackle is being evaluated by one of the NFL's independent neurologists. If Thomas is deemed to have suffered a concussion, he will be ruled out for the remainder of the game.
