Mitchell (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Mitchell will end up missing a second consecutive game while in the league's concussion protocol, and he was unable to participate in any practice during Week 8 prep. His next chance to play is Week 9 against the Chiefs on Sunday, Nov. 8.
