Jordan Franks: Let go from practice squad

The Browns cut Franks from their practice squad Tuesday.

Franks was elevated to the active roster for Sunday's win over the Bears. He played nine snaps on offense and 11 on special teams, but he didn't record a stat. The Browns signed cornerback Herb Miller to replace Franks on their practice squad.
