Lions' Taylor Decker: Not playing Sunday

Decker (ankle) is inactive Sunday against the Falcons.

Decker was ruled out Saturday, so his appearance on the inactive list was expected. In his absence, Penei Sewell should swing over to left tackle, while Matt Nelson will likely get the start at right tackle.
