Packers' James Starks: Ruled out for Week 15

Starks (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears.

Starks did not practice all week after suffering a head injury in a minor car accident Monday, and he will not be able to take the field Sunday. Starks' absence will leave the Packers with just Ty Montgomery, and presumably Christine Michael (illness), in the backfield for Week 15.
