Packers' James Starks: To remain sidelined

Starks (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday's playoff game against the Giants.

Starks still hasn't practiced since suffering a concussion during a Dec. 12 car accident. As a result, him remaining out of contention to play is no surprise, but it's worth wondering whether he'll be available should the Packers advance beyond Sunday's contest.
