Bell (quadriceps) played for the first time since Week 5 in Thursday's 16-13 loss to the Bears and recorded four tackles (two solo).
The Panthers' starting strong safety also played on all 70 defensive snaps. Bell has 37 tackles, two passes defensed and an interception in six games this season.
