Tampa Bay cut Webb on Sunday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
Webb had been competing for a roster spot as a depth receiver but he didn't make the cut. The wideout hasn't played in the NFL since 2022, when he got into 12 total regular-season games between New England and Baltimore but logged just one offensive snap, with most of his work (167 snaps) coming on special teams. Webb spent the latter part of last season on Tampa Bay's practice squad and signed a reserve/future contract with the team this January.
