Robby Anderson: Excellent pro day
Anderson (6-foot-3, 187 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.34 seconds at the Temple pro day, adding a 36.5-inch vertical jump and 128-inch broad jump.
Anderson is one of the more novel receiver prospects in this draft despite his lack of public recognition. He sat out the 2014 season due to academic issues before making a surprise return to the field in 2015, a season in which he caught 70 passes for 939 yards and seven touchdown. His 2013 season was significantly more impressive, though. Anderson made the switch from defensive back to receiver some time not long before the season, and he went on to catch 44 passes for 791 yards and nine touchdowns in just nine games. When you combine Anderson's excellent pro day workout with that history of production, it becomes difficult to see why he shouldn't be in the conversation as soon as the fourth round.
