Ross Travis: Tests positive for COVID-19

Travis was placed on the Browns' practice squad COVID-19 list Tuesday.

Travis was one of eight players on the Browns to test positive for COVID-19, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. Travis was just signed to the Browns' practice squad on Dec. 7 after previously appearing in three games for the Cardinals this season. With Austin Hooper placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, David Njoku already on it and Harrison Bryant nursing an ankle injury, the Browns may be dangerously thin at tight end Saturday when they host the Raiders.
