Saints' Ken Crawley: Placed on IR with injured hamstring

Crawley (hamstring) was placed on IR on Friday, Rod Walker of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

Crawley will miss at least the first three games of the season as a result of this move, so the earliest he could come back would be Week 4 against the Giants. The Saints' recent decision to trade for fellow cornerback Bradley Roby was likely made at least in part due to Crawley's injury.
