The 49ers placed Harris (undisclosed) on the practice squad injured reserve list.
Harris spent the entire 2019 season on IR with a groin injury, and he failed to make the team's final 53-man roster before Week 1 of this season. He'll reside on IR until he's healthy enough to possibly earn a depth role elsewhere.
