Harris (groin) was waived/injured by the 49ers on Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

The 26-year-old sat out Tuesday's practice due to the injury and has now lost his spot on San Francisco's roster. Harris will revert to injured reserve if he goes unclaimed on waivers.
