Titans' Cody Riggs: Re-signs with Titans

Riggs re-signed with the Titans on Tuesday.

Riggs appeared in 11 games for Tennessee as a rookie last season, but the 24-year-old struggled to produce on the field. Although he may serve as a contributor on special teams, it appears that Riggs will function as a last resort option in the Titans' secondary.
