Tony Brown: Joins practice squad

Washington signed Brown to the practice squad Sunday, Kyle Stackpole of the team's official site reports.

Brown has yet to make his NFL debut, but he spent time with the Giants and Browns last season. He'll look to continue progressing in his development on Washington's practice squad.
