Vikings' Audie Cole: Likely to start at MLB

Cole is likely to start at middle linebacker with Eric Kendricks ruled out for Sunday's game against Detroit with a concussion, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Cole may not see the bulk of snaps however, as Chad Greenway may stay on the field in nickel and dime situations with Cole sitting out. It's also possible Emmanuel Lamur could get snaps at middle linebacker. Cole may not be an ideal IDP replacement for Kendricks as a result.
