  • Eagles' Jalen Carter: Ruled out again

Carter (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders. Carter was unable to practice this week, making it consecutive weeks on the bench for the defensive lineman. Byron Young will likely continue to see an increased snap share at defensive tackle in the 2023 first-rounder's absence.

  • Eagles' Jalen Carter: DNP again Thursday

Carter (shoulder) did not participate in Thursday's practice. Carter was unable to upgrade his participation level for Thursday's practice after being unavailable for Wednesday's walkthrough. The defensive tackle missed his second game of the season last Monday, a game the Eagles lost to the Chargers in overtime. Carter will have just one more chance to upgrade his practice participation, and he's unlikely to be available for Sunday's game against the Raiders without an upgrade. If the Georgia product is unable to play, Byron Young will continue to see more defensive snaps.

  • Eagles' Jalen Carter: DNP to open week

Carter (shoulder) did not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice. Carter sat out of the Eagles' 22-19 overtime loss to the Chargers on Monday after undergoing procedures on both of his shoulders in the early stages of Week 14 prep. The third-year defensive lineman is considered week-to-week, but unless he practices in at least a limited capacity over the next two days, he's unlikely to be available for Sunday's game against the Raiders. Byron Young will continue to see more defensive snaps for as long as Carter is sidelined.

  • Eagles' Zack Baun: Notches half-sack in Week 14 loss

Baun finished Monday's overtime loss to the Chargers with eight tackles (four solo), including 0.5 sacks. Baun tied with three teammates for the Eagles' lead in stops. Among those tackles was an assisted sack shared with Jordan Davis. Baun hadn't recorded a sack or half-sack since Week 8 prior to Monday, but he's been a strong IDP asset with 104 tackles (including 3.5 sacks) and six defensed passes (including an interception) through 13 contests.

  • Eagles' Reed Blankenship: Ties for team lead in stops Week 14

Blankenship made eight tackles (six solo) in Monday's overtime loss to the Chargers. Blankenship was one of four Philadelphia players to finish with exactly eight tackles in the tough loss. The fourth-year safety has produced at least eight stops in three straight games after failing to do so in any of his first 10 contests of the campaign. Blankenship's surge has pushed him up to 72 tackles through 13 games -- he notched 78 stops in 15 regular-season contests last year.

  • Eagles' Cooper DeJean: Breaks up two passes in loss

DeJean recorded three tackles (two solo) and two pass breakups in Monday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Chargers. DeJean played all 74 defensive snaps -- as he has for nearly the entire season -- but struggled to produce for fantasy purposes. Through 13 games, the second-year cornerback out of Iowa has produced 75 tackles (50 solo) and 12 pass breakups.

  • Eagles' Adoree' Jackson: Snares first INT of season

Jackson recorded five solo tackles, two pass breakups and an interception in Monday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Chargers. Jackson now has 43 tackles (33 solo), eight pass breakups and an interception over 11 games. The low tackle count makes him difficult to depend on for fantasy purposes, but he continues to provide plenty of real-life value for the Eagles' secondary.

  • Eagles' Nakobe Dean: Stacking up sacks

Dean recorded seven tackles (three solo), 1.0 sacks and a fumble recovery in Sunday's 22-19 loss to the Chargers. Dean missed the first five games due to a knee injury he suffered during last year's playoff run, but now that he's back to full speed, he is providing a significant boost to the Eagles' pass rush with 4.0 sacks over the last five games. The 2022 third-round pick already has a career high in the category. He'll look to continue the momentum over the next two weeks against the Raiders and Commanders.

  • Eagles' Jordan Davis: Leading Eagles in sacks

Davis recorded six tackles (three solo) and 1.5 sacks in Monday's 22-19 loss to the Chargers. Davis is tied with Jalyx Hunt for the team lead with 4.5 sacks through 13 games. The 2022 first-round pick is accumulating tackles at a high rate with 55 tackles (27 solo) through 13 games, and he has added six pass breakups, too. For his position, he's a high-end fantasy option.

  • Eagles' Byron Young: Tacks on 1.5 sacks

Young posted eight tackles (two solo) and 1.5 sacks in Monday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Chargers. It has been a turbulent start to Young's career, as the 2023 third-round pick played just six games as a rookie and was cut by the Raiders during the 2024 training camp. He never played during the 2024 season, but he made the Eagles roster in 2025 and has played in all 13 games. Young finally posted a notable stat line this week with a career high in tackles while adding the first sacks of his career.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Piles up 2.5 sacks

Hunt recorded eight tackles (four solo), 2.5 sacks and a fumble recovery in Monday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Chargers. Hunt posted just 2.0 sacks through the first 12 games, but he more than doubled up with this outstanding performance. The 2024 third-round pick continues to play around 60 percent of the defensive snaps in each game. He's now tied for the team lead in sacks (4.5) with Jordan Davis. However, Hunt's low tackle total (40 through 13 games) is still a liability for fantasy purposes.

  • Eagles' Marcus Epps: Warming up as starter

Epps is warming up as a starting safety alongside Reed Blankenship prior to Monday's game against the Chargers, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports. Epps was activated from injured reserve ahead of Monday's game against the Chargers and looks likely to step into a significant role immediately. He has played almost exclusively on special teams in his previous eight games this season, but Andrew Mukuba's (ankle) injury has created an opportunity at safety.

  • Eagles' Marcus Epps: Activated from IR

Epps (shoulder) was activated from injured reserve by the Eagles and is active for Monday night's game against the Chargers. Epps will make his return to action Monday night against the Chargers following a four-game absence with a shoulder issue. The 29-year-old will be back in his role as a top reserve option behind Reed Blankenship and Sydney Brown at safety versus Los Angeles.

  • Eagles' Jalen Carter: Will not play Monday

The Eagles have ruled out Carter (shoulder) for Week 14. Carter did not participate in practice this week after undergoing procedures on both of his shoulders Monday, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. He also reported the third-year pro is currently considered week-to-week and is expected to be ready in time for a possible playoff run. The 24-year-old has 32 tackles (20 solo), including 2.0 sacks, and six pass defenses. Byron Young figures to benefit from Carter's absence, along with defensive tackles Jordan Davis and Moro Ojomo.

  • Eagles' Jaelan Phillips: Set to play Monday

Phillips (concussion) does not carry an injury designation for Week 14 against the Chargers. Phillips cleared concussion protocol and was a full participant in the team's practice Friday, meaning he is ready to play Monday versus the Chargers. In four games since being traded to the Eagles, the 26-year-old has recorded 15 tackles (eight solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one pass breakup.

  • Eagles' Zack Baun: Clear for Monday

Baun (hand) does not carry an injury designation for Week 14. Baun was listed as a limited participant in practice both Thursday and Friday with a hand injury. However, he was listed as a full participant Saturday and is ready for Monday night's game against the Chargers. The 28-year-old has 96 tackles, including 3.0 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble in 12 games this season.

  • Eagles' Zack Baun: Still limited at practice Friday

Baun (hand) was a limited participant at practice Friday, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports. Baun was a surprise addition to the Eagles' injury report Thursday with a hand issue, and he's still not at 100 percent as the team continues its preparations for Week 14. He'll probably have to practice in full Saturday to avoid carrying an injury designation ahead of Monday's game against the Chargers.

  • Eagles' Marcus Epps: Full participant in practice

Epps (shoulder) was a full participant in practice Thursday. The safety was designated to return from injured reserve two days ago, opening his practice window. Now that he's able to practice, Epps might have a chance to play Monday night against the Chargers. Epps logged 15 defensive snaps and 119 special-teams snaps before suffering the injury in Week 8.

  • Eagles' Jaelan Phillips: Limited Thursday

Phillips (concussion) was a limited participant in practice Thursday. The edge rusher suffered the concussion late in last Friday's game against the Bears, and he was clearly dazed as he made his way to the sideline. Phillips will need to clear the league's concussion protocol to have a chance to play Monday against the Chargers. The former Dolphin has 15 tackles (eight solo), including 1.0 sacks, a pass breakup and a fumble recovery in four games since being traded to the Eagles.

  • Eagles' Zack Baun: Dealing with hand injury

Baun (hand) was a limited participant during Thursday's practice session. The issue appears to be new for the inside linebacker, though his ability to practice might be a sign that it's nothing significant. Baun has played on nearly defensive snap this season for Philadelphia, recording 96 total tackles (51 solo), including 3.0 sacks, six passes defensed, including an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. If he ultimately can't suit up versus Los Angeles, Jihaad Campbell could be in line to see more snaps in Monday's night's game.
