Avalanche's Darren Helm: Out of action Sunday

Helm (undisclosed) will miss Game 7 versus Seattle on Sunday, Bennett Durando of The Denver Post reports.

Helm will miss his fifth straight game after playing 8:15 in Game 2. The center was unable to pick up a point in 11 regular-season games this season.
