Canadiens' Alexei Emelin: Ruled out Wednesday

Emelin (lower body) will not be in the lineup when the Canadiens kick off the postseason against the Rangers on Wednesday.

Emelin's absence likely won't affect too many fantasy owners as he has failed to register a goal in his last 34 contests and has garnered a paltry four assists over the stretch. With the 30-year-old sidelined, Nikita Nesterov will likely continue to fill in on the Habs' third pairing.
