Canucks' Brad Richardson: Posts helper in loss

Richardson recorded an assist and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 4-3 loss to the Blues.

Richardson earned his first point with the Canucks after he was claimed on waivers from the Flames last Monday. The 37-year-old set up Alex Chiasson's second-period tally in this contest. Richardson has just five points with 22 shots on net, 47 hits, 29 PIM and a minus-4 rating in 32 contests overall, and his bottom-six usage is unlikely to give him many chances to contribute on the scoresheet.
