Canucks' Brandon Sutter: Still dealing for COVID-19 symptoms

Sutter is facing an extended absence as a result of long-haul COVID-19 symptoms, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.

At this point, it may be fair to wonder if Sutter will be able to play at all this season due to his lingering COVID-19 symptoms. The 32-year-old center will no doubt be placed on long-term injured reserve to start the season while Nicolas Petan figures to have the inside track to a third-line center spot without Sutter available.
