Capitals' Michal Kempny: Returning Sunday

Kempny will play Sunday against the Stars, Tarik El-Bashir of The Athletic reports.

Kempny has been a healthy scratch for the last eight games, but an injury to Trevor van Riemsdyk (undisclosed) has afforded him an opportunity to get some playing time. The 31-year-old has one goal and two points to show for 10 games during the 2021-22 season.
