Atkinson (lower body) won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Capitals.

Atkinson's 700th NHL game was cut short after he was hurt on a hit by Tom Wilson in the first period. He logged two shots on net and a minus-1 rating prior to leaving the game. Atkinson's status will likely be updated prior to Wednesday's game versus the Rangers.
