Hockey Club's Egor Sokolov: Hits waivers

Sokolov was placed on waivers Saturday for the purpose of assignment to AHL Tucson.

Sokolov generated 21 goals and 46 points in 71 regular-season contests for AHL Belleville in 2023-24. The 24-year-old forward has one goal and one assist in 13 career NHL appearances. Still, he could see NHL action during the 2024-25 campaign with Utah, assuming he goes unclaimed.
