Hurricanes' Jordan Staal: First point since absence

Staal picked up his first point in three games since he missed three contests due to an illness. The 37-year-old's momentum before his absence has faded, but he continues to play a vital on-ice role as the Hurricanes' shutdown center. He's at 10 points, 31 shots on net, 43 hits, 23 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 24 appearances this season.
