Martin (upper body) was put on injured reserve Tuesday.
Martin's placement on IR is retroactive to Dec. 2, so he can be activated whenever he is available to return. He hasn't been in the lineup since Nov. 15 against Vancouver, and this marks his second trip to the injured reserve list since that appearance. Martin has one goal, one assist and 31 hits in 14 outings this campaign.
