Islanders' Richard Panik: Sent down Wednesday

Panik was reassigned to AHL Bridgeport on Wednesday, per CapFriendly.

Panik served as reinforcements while the Islanders battled a COVID-19 outbreak. Now that the team is getting some forwards back, he'll head back to the minors. The 30-year-old had one assist in four games.
