Wright was reassigned to AHL Ontario on Saturday.
Taylor Ward was called up to the Kings in a corresponding move. Wright made his NHL season debut last Saturday, recording three shots on 10:24 of ice time in a 2-1 overtime loss to Vegas. Aside from that game with LA, he also has two goals and three points in three appearances with Ontario in 2026-27.
