Fortier was summoned Tuesday, and it appears he was just serving as an extra skater for practices while some of Tampa Bay's players have been competing in the 4 Nations Face-Off. The 25-year-old Fortier has 10 goals and 17 points over 37 appearances with Syracuse this campaign.
