Madison Bowey: Cut loose from PTO

The Rangers released Bowey on Tuesday from his professional tryout agreement.

Bowey will attend training camp with AHL Hartford, and if he impresses, the 29-year-old defender could land a minor-league deal. He has accumulated five goals and 40 points in 158 career NHL appearances.
