Penguins' Blake Lizotte: Exits after puck to face

Lizotte (face) won't return to Wednesday's game versus the Red Wings.

Lizotte took a puck to the face in the first period and was bleeding heavily as he came off the ice. He joins a growing list of injured forwards for the Penguins, and the team may need to call up a player if Lizotte can't suit up Friday versus the Blue Jackets.
