Chaput inked a one-year, two-way contract with Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Chaput spent most of last season on the taxi squad, as he logged just 13 games last year in which he registered three shots, 10 PIM and 19 hits while averaging 9:24 of ice time. Considering Chaput hasn't scored an NHL goal since the 2016-17 season when he was with Vancouver, he figures to be a non-factor in fantasy contests.
