Sabres' Alex Lyon: Out 7-10 more days

Lyon (lower body) is expected to miss about 7-10 days, Bill Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald reports Wednesday.

Lyon was riding a seven-game winning streak prior to getting hurt, registering a 2.22 GAA along the way. Once given the all-clear, the 33-year-old backstop should be in the mix to at least split the workload with Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen, if he does not reclaim the No. 1 job outright.
