Hayden was placed in COVID-19 protocols and will not be available Sunday against Vancouver, Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News reports.
Hayden was scratched the last two games and will now miss at least a third straight contest. The 27-year-old has just four points with a minus-11 rating through 52 games this season.
